Things to avoid after eating
The main food of Burmese people is rice and they eat it every day.
(1) Do not smoke
According to expert research, smoking a cigarette after a meal is equivalent to smoking 10 cigarettes in a normal time, and has the greatest chance of developing cancer.
(2) Do not eat fruits immediately
Eating fruits immediately after a meal will cause gas in the stomach. Therefore, if you are going to eat fruits, you should only eat them an hour or two after a meal and an hour before a meal.
(3) Do not drink tea
Tea leaves have a high acid content, which hardens the proteins in the stomach that we eat, making it difficult to digest.
(4) Do not loosen the seat belt
Loosening the belt after eating (in other words, loosening it a bit) causes the bowel to fold in the stomach.
(5) Do not shower
Bathing after eating It increases the amount of blood going to the legs and body and decreases the amount of blood around the stomach, which weakens the digestive system in our stomach.
(6) Do not walk
I have heard people say that walking one step after eating is equivalent to walking a hundred steps in normal time, and they must live to be 99 years old. In fact, doing so makes it difficult for the digestive system to absorb the nutrients we eat. Therefore, do not walk after eating.
(7) Do not sleep immediately
Since we went to bed immediately after eating, the food we ate could not be properly digested.
